Today we relaxed, slept in. Once we did get up, we watched the 2 hour video version of the Shogun mini-series. We will also order the full DVD version through Netflix soon. Eventually we walked down to Hermosa Beach to their Memorial Day Fiesta. It was a beautiful day! The fair was VERY crowded! Can you spot Donna in the photo? We had lunch there, (mmmm Tri-Tip sandwiches!), and walked around looking at all the booths. I bought a new wallet, and Donna is still looking for a summer hat. We even got the opportunity to sign a letter that was going to be sent to the troops in Iraq.
